Working Principle

The 2.5PLD*A0 Series operates through two precision gears rotating inside a close-tolerance housing.

1. Hydraulic oil enters through the inlet port.
2. The drive gear rotates via the input shaft.
3. The driven gear rotates simultaneously.
4. Oil is transported around the gear circumference.
5. The meshing gears force oil toward the outlet port.
6. Pressurized hydraulic fluid is delivered to the hydraulic system.

This positive displacement design ensures continuous and stable hydraulic power output.
