Working Principle
The 4WEH32E50B valve consists of two stages:
Pilot Stage
When the AC220V solenoid is energized, the pilot valve directs control oil pressure to one side of the main spool chamber.
Main Stage
The pilot pressure shifts the large main spool hydraulically, allowing high-volume oil flow between ports P, A, B, and T.
Return Function
When the solenoid is de-energized, the pilot valve returns to its neutral position, and the main spool is automatically centered by spring force.
This electro-hydraulic design allows small electrical signals to control extremely large hydraulic flows while maintaining smooth and reliable operation.
