The G1WE10 Type Explosion Isolation Solenoid-Operated Directional Valve is a high-performance hydraulic directional control valve specially designed for use in hazardous and explosive environments. Working Principle

The G1WE10 directional valve uses an explosion-proof solenoid coil to actuate the internal spool.

When the solenoid is energized:

  • The magnetic force shifts the spool.
  • Hydraulic oil is directed from pressure port (P) to work ports (A or B).
  • Return oil flows from the opposite work port to tank port (T).

When the solenoid is de-energized:

  • The spool returns to its original position by spring force.
  • The hydraulic circuit returns to its default flow path.

The explosion-proof enclosure prevents sparks, arcs, or excessive temperatures from igniting surrounding hazardous gases or dust.
