Working Principle

The 1PUE Series operates according to the positive displacement principle of external gear pumps.

1. Hydraulic oil enters through the suction port.
2. The drive shaft rotates the driving gear.
3. The driven gear rotates simultaneously.
4. Oil is carried around the outer circumference of the gears.
5. The meshing gears create pressure and force the oil into the outlet chamber.
6. Pressurized hydraulic oil is continuously supplied to the hydraulic system.
