Working Principle

The BMER motor utilizes a Geroler rotor-stator assembly combined with a high-speed disc valve distribution system.

1. Pressurized hydraulic oil enters the motor.
2. The disc valve accurately distributes oil flow to the rotor-stator chambers.
3. Pressure differences generate rotational movement of the rotor.
4. The rotor drives the output shaft, converting hydraulic energy into mechanical torque.
5. Return oil flows back to the hydraulic tank through the outlet port.

The advanced flow distribution system automatically compensates for wear, maintaining high efficiency and smooth operation throughout the motor’s service life.
