The DR20 pilot operated unloading valve uses a pilot control stage and main valve spool structure to regulate and unload hydraulic pressure. Hydraulic pressure from the secondary circuit acts on the pilot stage. When the system pressure reaches the preset value, the pilot valve actuates the main spool and redirects excess hydraulic oil to the tank, maintaining stable downstream pressure and protecting hydraulic components from overload.
