Working Principle

The 2PHA*B1 Series gear pump operates using two precision gears rotating inside a close-tolerance pump housing.

1. Hydraulic oil enters through the inlet port.
2. The drive shaft rotates the driving gear.
3. The driven gear rotates simultaneously.
4. Oil is carried around the outer circumference of the gears.
5. The meshing gears force oil into the outlet chamber.
6. Pressurized hydraulic oil is delivered to the hydraulic system.

This positive displacement principle ensures stable and continuous hydraulic flow.
