Working Principle

The GD-DBW20B pilot-operated relief valve consists of a main relief valve, pilot control stage, and explosion-proof solenoid directional valve. When system pressure exceeds the preset pressure value, the pilot valve opens and releases control pressure from the main spool chamber, causing the main valve to open and redirect excess hydraulic oil back to the tank. The integrated solenoid valve enables remote unloading and electrical pressure switching, improving hydraulic system automation, safety, and energy efficiency.
