The ZDL-102 Multi-Way Directional Valve is a sectional hydraulic directional control valve designed for controlling the direction, flow, and pressure of hydraulic cylinders and motors in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Working Principle

The ZDL-102 valve controls hydraulic flow through spool movement.

Neutral Position

• Hydraulic oil passes through the valve gallery or returns to the tank.
• Hydraulic cylinders and motors remain stationary.

Operating Position

• Moving the control lever shifts the spool.
• Pressurized oil is directed to the selected work port (A or B).
• The hydraulic actuator performs extension, retraction, lifting, lowering, or rotational movement.

Return to Neutral

• The spool returns to the center position through spring force or detent mechanism.
• Hydraulic flow is blocked or unloaded according to the spool design.
