The ZDL-20 Multi-Way Directional Valve is a high-performance monoblock hydraulic directional control valve designed for controlling the direction, flow, and operation of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. Working Principle

The ZDL-20 valve controls hydraulic oil flow through spool displacement.

Neutral Position

• Hydraulic oil circulates through the internal gallery or returns to the tank.
• Hydraulic actuators remain stationary.

Operating Position

• The operator actuates the control lever or pilot mechanism.
• The spool shifts and directs oil to work port A or B.
• Hydraulic cylinders or motors perform extension, retraction, lifting, lowering, or rotational movement.

Pressure Protection

• The built-in relief valve limits maximum system pressure.
• Optional overload valves provide additional protection for individual circuits.
