The ZDL-15 Multi-Way Directional Valve is a medium-high pressure monoblock hydraulic directional control valve designed for controlling the direction, flow, and operation of hydraulic cylinders and motors in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems. Featuring a compact integrated structure, parallel circuit design, excellent sealing performance, and flexible spool configurations, the ZDL-15 valve is widely used in forklifts, sanitation vehicles, small loaders, agricultural machinery, lifting equipment, and other construction machinery.

Working Principle

The ZDL-15 valve controls hydraulic actuators through spool movement.

Neutral Position

• Hydraulic oil flows through the valve gallery or returns to the tank.
• Hydraulic cylinders and motors remain stationary.

Operating Position

• The operator actuates the control lever or pilot mechanism.
• The spool shifts and directs oil to work port A or B.
• The connected actuator performs lifting, lowering, extension, retraction, or rotary motion.

Pressure Protection

• The integrated relief valve limits system pressure.
• The overload valve protects individual working sections from excessive load conditions.
